Sweet Prayer
Lastnight we watched Gracie and Piper while Lindsay and Jeremy had care group. We all sat down at the table and I told them it was time to say our blessing. Naturally they all wanted to pray, so we started with Gracie. Gracie thanked God for the beautiful day and our food, Piper thanked God for the food, and then Tristen prayed. She said "God our Father, thank you for Jordan and please heal him, amen." I just wanted to cry, it was so sweet. It just made me feel good that eventhough I think she's day dreaming most of the time, she actually does pay attention. She does have such a sweat heart. Although I've been frustrated with her a lot lately, frustrations just seem so small at these times.

Jordan
As many of you know my cousin's husband, Jordan was diagnosed with a brain tumor a few weeks ago. They are doing pretty well at this time considering all of the wating and wondering they are doing right now. Jordan has an MRI on Oct.1st, which will hopefully reveal a miracle, showing no tumor. If that's not the case they will then do a biopsy of the tumor on Oct. 3rd to tell them more.
We had an anointing for Jordan at our church, Grace Covenant, last Sunday. It was really amazing. We prayed healing over Jordan and I really felt the presence of the holy spirit with us. At the end after we all said amen, my neice Piper said "Jordan's all better now." It was really cute, hopefully prophetic :) Please pray for Jordan and Jessica.
Jordan has a CaringBridge site so check it out and leave some words of encouragement if you'd like. http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/jordanbanks

Wordle
So I got this from Lindsay it's really cool. You can see what words that you use most in your posts. Naturally I think all of my words are on there. I don't typically get around to updating my page as often as I'd like. But I'm working on that:) Just click on the link to bring it up. I can't figure out how to paste it without having to click on the link.

Bella- 4 months
Bella is already 4 1/2 months old. She just went to the doctor Monday, and weighs 15 pounds (85th %) and she's still 97th% in height. I think we may have a tall little girl. We're getting pudgy little thighs. She is still happy for the most part, but lateley she's been fussy. Dr. Scott (Dr. Scopp as Tristen says)said that she has thrush, so she's on medicine for that and she's getting her first tooth with another on the way. She is putting anything and everything she can grab in her mouth. It's so fun (most of the time) to see Tristen and Bella interact. I say most of the time because there are many time when Tristen isn't so nice to her little sister. But Bella is very forgiving :) Tristen makes her smile so big and Bella just cackles at her. It's precious.
In the past Bella hasn't much cared for tummy time, but she's getting better. She's picking her head up to see the TV, yes she's already hooked like her sister. Not the greatest thing in the world, but good for mommy. She really likes her own bed, aunt Lindsay thinks she may be a bed snob :) Let's hope this isn't the case.
We tried our first rice cereal on Tuesday. She did pretty well at first, or so I thought, she just wanted to chew the spoon. She didn't spit it out at me, so I think that was a good first effort.
Grandma is coming Sunday so we're looking forward to our visit.
